KiloEx offers a settlement proposal to the Hacker: return 90% of the stolen funds to receive a white hat exemption.
PANews April 15 news, according to KiloEx's official statement, with the support of law enforcement agencies, cybersecurity organizations, and multiple exchanges, the platform has locked the hacker-related Address and is ready to freeze funds at any time. KiloEx proposed a settlement plan: if the hacker returns 90% of the stolen funds within 72 hours, they can retain 10% as a white hat bounty and will receive official acknowledgment of their cooperation; otherwise, they will face law enforcement action and legal accountability.
