Weak U.S. inflation data is seen as a contradictory factor in the U.S. bond market.

Jin10 data reported on May 16, LBBW senior fixed income analyst Elmar Voelker stated in a report that from the perspective of participants in the U.S. bond market, the weak Inflation data has sent a contradictory signal. This data supports the recent recovery of confidence in the U.S. economy, but consumer price data also dampens concerns about rampant Inflation. Therefore, regarding Inflation itself, it temporarily limits the possibility of a further rise in bearish sentiment toward bonds. Thus, the risk of persistent rise in U.S. Inflation is clearly not the main concern for investors.
