Rwanda's new cabinet sworn in

Jin10 reported on July 26 that Rwanda's new Prime Minister Justin Nsengiyumva and the new cabinet members were sworn in on the 25th in the capital Kigali. President Kagame presided over the inauguration ceremony. On July 23, Kagame dismissed Prime Minister Ngirente and appointed Nsengiyumva as the new Prime Minister. According to the Rwandan constitution, with the appointment of the new Prime Minister, the process of forming the new cabinet also begins, and new cabinet members must be confirmed within 15 days.
