Securities and futures industry network security joint emergency drill will be held tomorrow, covering six major scenarios

On December 27, Jingshi Data reported that the regulatory agency will organize the 14th joint emergency drill for securities and futures industry network security on December 28th (Saturday). The purpose of the drill is to continuously optimize the emergency reporting mechanism and process of industry institutions, improve the emergency handling plan for network security incidents of industry institutions, and enhance the emergency response and guarantee capabilities of industry institutions. The on-site drill work is divided into two parts: centralized drill and sub-venue drill. On the morning of December 28th, the centralized drill will be conducted at the Emergency Drill Headquarters of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, including demonstrations of fixed scenario drills, on-site emergency capability inspections, and displays of achievements in real network attack and defense drills. In the afternoon of the 28th, the sub-venues will organize a market-wide drill test. It is understood from securities firms that the emergency drill scenarios cover six major areas, including emergency response to anti-ransomware joint prevention and control, emergency response to emergency expansion of centralized trading systems, emergency response to network failures of banking and securities systems, emergency response to hardware failures in core trading systems, emergency response to disaster recovery switching of centralized trading systems, and real network attack and defense drills.
