According to Techub News, Hong Kong's Financial Secretary Paul Chan published an essay stating that as of the end of March this year, the number of registered funds in Hong Kong reached 976, with a net inflow of over 44 billion USD year-on-year, a rise of 285%. The Hong Kong Science Park and Cyberport, two major innovation and technology flagship projects, have nurtured and supported 22 listed companies and 20 unicorns. Even though the non-residential property market remains relatively weak at present, seasoned investors are buying entire buildings in Tin Hau as a hub for Web3 ecosystem development, seizing new developments in Web3 in Hong Kong. Web3 companies are successively leasing office buildings in the region to conduct business, and it is estimated that this demand will continue to emerge.
