Cboe BZX applies to list the Canary PENGU ETF covering PENGU Token and Pudgy Penguins NFT

【Coin World】Cboe BZX Exchange submitted Form 19b-4 to the SEC, proposing to list the Canary PENGU ETF under BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4). The fund invests in PENGU tokens, Pudgy Penguins NFTs, and a small amount of SOL and ETH for on-chain operations through a commodity trust structure, currently pending SEC review.
