The "Web3 Internship Program" is a growth-oriented entry project aimed at university students and career changers, dedicated to providing newcomers eager to enter the blockchain industry with systematic learning, practical training, job matching, and community support, helping them to overcome information barriers, navigate practical paths, and smoothly take their first step into Web3.

Unlike a single course or short-term training, this program integrates open-source manuals, co-learning mechanisms, and ecological resource networks to create an "accompaniment-style growth + practical learning" internship path. Participants will not only systematically master the basic knowledge of public chain ecosystems such as Ethereum but will also comprehensively enhance their ability to adapt to real work scenarios through simulated tasks, output results, and job matching.

What does the internship plan include?

Web3 Internship Manual

A beginner's guide specifically designed for college students and newcomers to the industry, covering:

• Basic Knowledge and Development Context of Web3 Ecosystem
• Position competency framework and skill training recommendations
• Resume templates, collaboration tool navigation, interview pitfall guide
• Real stories and growth paths of multiple interns with experience

The manual will be released in open source form, completely free of charge, prohibited for commercial use, suitable for self-study by students and can also serve as a training manual for newcomers on the project team.

Web3 Internship Training Camp

This training camp is designed around three key concepts: authenticity, systematization, and practice. It will be held from August 1 to August 31, lasting for 4 weeks. An online cyber study room will also be open every evening for everyone to learn, communicate, and reflect on themselves.

The rough schedule for the 4-week training camp is as follows:
