According to a report from 深潮 TechFlow on August 11, the UK-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company announced a new round of ordinary share issuance. A total of 3,452,086 new ordinary shares will be issued at a price of approximately £2.21 per share, raising a total amount of £7.626 million (before expenses), which is about $10.23 million.
