In fact, in capitalist society, only large, medium and small capitalists, that is, the top 10% of people with wealth, are social elites. The proletariat are all servants, servants, servants! If in the era of the British Empire, voting rights were determined based on assets, the proletariat would not have the right to vote if they had no assets, and would not be counted as a social elite.
