Binance, the world's largest trading exchange, had withdrawals of $1.2 billion in the last 24 hours. This is shown by the data from the DefiLlama browser.

The exchange's massive withdrawals come after Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the former CEO of Binance, resigned from his position and pleaded guilty to violating anti-money laundering restrictions. The complaints were filed by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Of the total withdrawals, about $600 million came out through the Ethereum, Avalanche, Fantom and Polygon networks, according to data compiled by explorer Nansen.

Meanwhile, crypto exchanges OKX and Bybit recorded inflows of $61 million and $54 million respectively.
