Ripple has a chance of reconciliation with the SEC, as Ripple's Chief Legal Officer states that they will re-discuss the litigation issues with the court.
In response to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York's rejection of Ripple and the SEC's settlement motion on the grounds of procedural impropriety, Ripple's chief legal officer Stuart Alderoty said that the judgment order will not change the outcome of Ripple's final victory (that is, XRP is not a security, etc.), and Ripple and the SEC fully agree to resolve the case and will re-discuss the litigation issue with the court. According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, there is still a turn of events in this case.
